    • Medi-Bill Inc. is a family-owned business and a provider of medical billing services to hospitals and physicians since 1989. Our services are designed to reduce the administrative costs associated with the health care industry and we do this by helping our providers more effectively manage the business aspects of their practice. Last year we produced over $50 million in aggregate medical billing.

    While many of our competitors favor vast marketing budgets and extravagant office accommodations Medi-Bill spends its resources converting client's medical services into cash. Our competitors prefer to grow through acquisition and mergers, consequently leaving their clients confused and dissatisfied with the new organization. Medi-Bill on the other hand is not for sale. We have grown at a very slow, stable and methodical pace over the years. Our competitors favor long-term binding legal contracts. We prefer to work off nonbinding contracts. Quite simply we'd like our clients to stay with us because they are extremely satisfied with their service and not because of a legal document.

    Medi-Bill Inc. is not a collection agency nor do we own or affiliate are ourselves with any one particular agency. We believe that such a practice is a conflict of interest. Many of our competitors own collection agencies or create close alliances with collection attorneys and other collection firms. This obvious conflict of interest results in a substantially higher cost to their clients. Our company turns over less than 3% of our accounts over to collection agencies.



    David J. Duncan
      President and CEO 
    Mr. Duncan is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a B.A in Finance and is the original founder of Medi-Bill Inc. He also has an extensive law enforcement background and is a former police officer with the City of Fort Lauderdale. Mr. Duncan's reputation for honesty and integrity is well known throughout the medical community. During his career, Mr. Duncan has provided billing, financial and practice management services to physicians and medical practices in a variety of specialties throughout the country. He has extensive experience with, managed-care, hospital contract negotiations, data integration and practice management.

    Daniel O. Duncan Esq.
      C.P.A, 
    Daniel Duncan is a licensed attorney in Georgia and Florida. His areas of expertise are collections and real estate law. He has represented over 150 financial institutions, including NationsBank, Wachovia, Ed Voyles Dealerships and Credit Acceptance Corp. Mr. Duncan joined the management team of Medi-Bill, full-time in 1998 and has brought with him and his outstanding skills as a collection attorney. Mr. Duncan received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Auburn University. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Duncan received his Jurist Doctor from the University of Florida. He is an active member of the community and he has been with the Big Brother organization for 10 years.

     Deborah Beckett

    Ms. Beckett is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a B.A in Accounting. She has 10 years experience as a management information systems analyst and is responsible will for creating the most progressive management reports in the industry. Because of the Beckett's computer programming and MIS experiance our physicians are always able to gain a clear and comprehensive financial understanding of their practice.
