Who Is Medi-Bill Inc? Medi-Bill is independently owned physicians billing service. We provide professional medical billing services to a multitude of physicians, physician groups ambulatory surgical centers.

Why don't I recognize the name of the doctor or entity listed on my bill? This is because Medi-Bill inc represents primarily hospital-based physicians. In most instances you'll never meet your pathologist, radiologist or your anesthesiologist. These types of medical providers have limited face-to-face contact with patients.

Why did I receive this bill? This statement is for services requested by your doctor which were performed at the physician's office, ambulatory surgical center or Hospital a hospital. This is not a duplicate charge and it is separate from the physician's office or hospital fees. Medi-Bill will file your insurance, as a courtesy with information supplied to us from the facility. This bill represents the amount not paid by her insurance company.

How do I contact you?

Can I work out a payment plan for my account balance? Yes... most of our physicians will set you up on a non-interest bearing payment plan. Do not ignore your bill! If you cannot afford to pay your bill please contact our office immediately and work out a payment plan. Failure to contact our office could result in your bill being placed with a credit collection agency.

Can I pay my bill using a credit card? For Account number start with DS3 and DS6 and DS7 only …Unfortunately for the others we are not able to accept credit cards at this time. You may however contact our office to work out a payment plan.

May I contact you regarding Medical/Health information? NO…Medi-Bill inc. in an independently owned and operated physicians' billing service. For medical information you must contact your attending physician directly.
